Then we develop a plan to help manage costs, optimize resources and minimize freight management risk. This can include negotiating domestic freight rates and service levels; paying and auditing freight bills, administering claims and providing tracing and troubleshooting. In addition, PNG Logistics builds and maintains the shipment planning information systems to manage the order from inception to delivery, including tracing and expediting.

We have implemented several custom programs, such as "Vendor Inbound" that has drastically reduced the shipments costs and created a predictable time frame for the customer.
